If you experience a manufacturing defect or receive a product with missing parts, please contact us as soon as possible at onlinesupport@cosmoplastza.com

Please include your proof of purchase and details of the issue so that we can assist you promptly.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage varies by product. Please refer to the Product Features section on the relevant product page for any applicable warranty period or conditions.

If no warranty information is displayed on a product page, that product is not covered by a manufacturer's warranty beyond your statutory rights under applicable South African consumer legislation.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Incorrect assembly or installation.
  • Misuse, abuse or negligence.
  • Excessive force or impact.
  • Exposure to heat or fire.
  • Spillage of liquids or chemicals.
  • Overloading or use beyond the product's intended capacity.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters or other external factors beyond Cosmoplast's control.

Product Liability

Customers are responsible for assembling, installing and using products in accordance with the supplied instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Cosmoplast shall not be liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper assembly, misuse, unauthorised modifications or use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was intended.

Making a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at onlinesupport@cosmoplastza.com and include:

  • Your proof of purchase.
  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the product and the defect, where applicable.

Our team will assess your claim and advise on the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair, replacement of the product or another suitable remedy where applicable.
