Shipping is available across South Africa.

Cosmoplast Online Shop uses third-party courier partners to deliver orders. Standard delivery is usually completed within 5–7 business days, depending on the product, delivery area and courier availability.

Large or specialised products, including Walk-in Sheds, Prefabricated Homes, Bicycle Sheds, Palladium Lockers, DH Boxes and Palladium Boxes, may require delivery scheduling. Cosmoplast reserves the right to cancel an order if delivery is not scheduled within 30 days of the order being placed.

Orders of R950 or more qualify for free delivery. Orders below R950 will be charged a flat delivery fee of R150.

Returns

We understand that you may occasionally need to return an order.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

We do not accept returns for:

Products damaged due to misuse.

Products that have already been assembled or installed, unless proven to be defective.

Walk-in Sheds, Garden Sheds and Deck Boxes once installation has started or been completed.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items may be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

To request a return, please email onlinesupport@cosmoplastza.com with your order details, proof of purchase and the reason for the return.

Refunds & Exchanges

You may qualify for a full refund, exchange or replacement if the item delivered is damaged, defective, incorrect, or the wrong size or colour.

If you wish to exchange an item for another product, size or colour, or cancel an order after delivery, the original delivery fee is non-refundable.

Items for exchange must be returned within 15 days from the delivery date, unused and in the original packaging.

Once your return has been reviewed and accepted, Cosmoplast may provide one of the following:

An exchange or replacement.

A store credit.

A refund to the original payment method.

Another appropriate remedy, depending on the circumstances.
